Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Officer/ECommerce will manage online marketing campaigns and drive ecommerce sales. This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies and ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
- Manage ecommerce platforms including product listings pricing and customer service.
- Create and optimize content for social media email marketing and websites.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic sales data and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc/HND in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification from relevant bodies (e.g. Google HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing or ecommerce.
- Strong problemsolving skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools ecommerce platforms and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
