Job Description
Our Client a Global Financial Institution is seeking a skilled Cloud Migration Project Manager with extensive experience in Amazon Web Services & Azure to join the team. As a Cloud Migration Project Manager you will support the transformation and migration of existing applications to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and facilitate the operational synchronization between cloud foundations cloud providers and internal customer projects. This role is crucial for Speedboat and Lighthouse projects focusing on implementation rapid delivery and fostering a positive culture for digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and support Speedboat and Lighthouse projects related to AWS/Azure migration
Implement and maintain tracking analysis and reporting of work progress
Prepare evaluate and document results of existing applicationrelated data
Align all measures with relevant stakeholders to ensure project coherence
Anticipate challenges and problems within the project scope and develop innovative solutions that align with project goals
Develop longterm plans impacting the overall task area and the associated strategy of the client
Support in designing solution concepts and defining cloud service requirements for transformation and migration use cases adopting a factorybased
approach
Utilize technologies such as Docker Kubernetes Java WhiteSource SpringBoot GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- 5 Years of Experience in Project Management AWS/ Azure Migrations
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project methodologies
- Practical experience in coordinating and managing multiple cloud projects
- Ideally experience with Speedboat and Lighthouse projects and managing cloud migration initiatives
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or a related field with at least five years of professional experience in IT ideally in the consulting industry
5 Years of Experience in Project Management, AWS/ Azure Migrations Knowledge of agile and traditional project methodologies Ideally, experience with Speedboat and Lighthouse projects and managing cloud migration initiatives Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Five years of professional experience in IT, ideally in the consulting industry
