Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Video Ad Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video editing a keen eye for detail and most importantly the ability to work quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for editing a high volume of shortform ads and video sales letters (VSLs) that align with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit 1520 unique shortform ads per week ensuring highquality output while maintaining a fast turnaround time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements deadlines and objectives.
• Content Enhancement: Apply creative storytelling techniques transitions sound design color grading and motion graphics to enhance videos.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistent workflow and meeting deadlines.
• LongForm Content: Assist in editing longerform content such as video sales letters (VSLs) as needed.
• Trend Awareness: Stay uptodate with the latest video editing trends tools and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of our videos.
• Team Participation: Participate in team meetings and provide input on creative concepts and content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in video editing especially in creating shortform ads.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software familiarity with Frame.io for feedback and revisions and comfortable using Slack for team communication.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail ability to work under tight deadlines and a creative mindset.

• Experience with video sales letters (VSLs).
• Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently.
• Willingness to perform a test assessment as part of the hiring process.
