Job Title: Operation Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the backoffice functions of the company ensuring that all paperwork for jobs is completed efficiently. This includes processing approvals applying for permits uploading necessary documentation and managing invoicing once jobs are finished. The candidate will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations attention to detail and timely completion of all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Permit Applications: Ensure that all required permits for each job are properly applied for and approved.
  • Documentation Management: Upload all necessary files related to jobs into the system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Invoicing: Process invoices when jobs are completed and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide additional support to the team with jobrelated paperwork and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in operations administrative support or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential for communicating with the team and managing documentation.

  • Good English communication skills are a plus for clear writing and effective teamwork.
