About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Tax Manager to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll support partners manage client relationships review tax returns and more. If youre passionate about accounting and have a knack for leadership and management we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Support partners and serve as engagement manager on client accounts.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and completeness.
• Research tax issues and draft memorandums.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements.
• Participate in business proposal development.
• Promptly bill and collect.
• Hold team members accountable to the Firms Mission Vision and Core Values.
• Develop team members technical and professional skills.
• Provide regular performance feedback and evaluations.
• Delegate assignments and focus on managementlevel work.
• Demonstrate initiative vision resourcefulness creativity independent thinking problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and team discussions.

What You Bring:

• BS/BA in accounting preferred; CPA required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Evident leadership and management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Capability to meet deadlines and manage workload under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office tax compliance and research software fixed assets QuickBooks and trial balance systems.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
