You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsibilitiesReporting to the Department Head, the successful candidate will be will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of courses within College of Business. This includes preparing lesson plans, instructional materials and assessments to create an optimum learning environment in line with the Academic quality framework and industry requirements. S/he will need to ensure that courses meet diverse student needs and are constantly updated in light of the latest industry trends.S/he will evaluate student progress and manage the resources of the learning environment. The successful candidate will liaise with industry and other educational institutions; participate in industry advisory committees and coordinate, manage and control projects within the specified program area. Faculty members will keep course portfolio documents required for accreditation processes and engage in instructional development/improvement plans. All employees are expected to contribute to professional and community life within the College and beyond.QualificationsEducationMasters (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline from an internationally recognized university with an undergraduate degree from an accredited universityPreferred Qualifications:Professional certification: CPA, CMA, or ACCAExperienceAcademicA minimum of 3 years of academic experience IndustryA Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
