You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Process Mapping & Analysis:Work closely with city management and operations teams to document and analyze current processes ("as is" state) across various functional areas, including public safety, traffic management, waste management, and more.Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in developing optimized workflows ("to be" state) for smart city integration.Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with key stakeholders from different city departments to gather detailed requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of their operational needs.Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate findings and propose solutions that align with stakeholder objectives.Documentation & Reporting:Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, and operational concepts.Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and project management teams to communicate findings and progress.Support Development & Implementation:Collaborate with the software development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring that the developed solutions meet the operational requirements.Continuous Improvement:Monitor and review the effectiveness of implemented processes and systems, providing feedback and recommendations for further enhancements.
