Automation engineers are responsible for the design development and implementation of automated systems to reduce the need for human intervention and maximize efficiency of the manufacturing processes. They are responsible for planning implementing and monitoring such technology. Automation Engineer will support the Automation strategy defined in the Policy Deployment ensuring the compliance on time of the roll out plan established. Update Electrical Design and Programming of new Machines. 95% of EA for all new Automatic Processes Developed.
Minimum level: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics Mechatronics Robotics or similar). Ideal Level: Masters Degree in Engineering disciplines or MBA. PLCs and sensors background. Proficient on MS office package (Excel PowerPoint). Experience creating parts assemblies drawings BOMs weldments sheet metals. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance Problem Solving (8Ds / 5Whys) Project Management Approach in total cost / analysis of business PFMAS background
