Project Control Manager - Facilities

Knowledge of building facilities: Comprehensive understanding of building facilities and their maintenance, including heating, cooling, ventilation, water and wastewater systems, and energy.

Project Management Proficiency: Strong skills in planning, executing, and monitoring facility projects, including resource management, cost estimation, and scheduling.

Understanding of Quality and Safety Standards: Knowledge of standards and regulations related to the quality and safety of building facilities, and ensuring compliance throughout the project.

Performance Analysis and Evaluation: Ability to analyze performance data and evaluate facility effectiveness, and make recommendations to improve performance and effectiveness.

Risk Management: Ability to identify and assess risks associated with projects and take necessary measures to mitigate their effects.

Effective Communication: Skills in communicating with technical and management teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives and progress on the project.

Supply and Contract Management: Experience managing relationships with suppliers and contractors, and negotiating contracts to ensure the provision of necessary materials and services.
