Tasks
- Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Identify trends spot potential issues and proactively share insights with clients to inform strategic decisions
- Lead the media buying efforts for clients mobile games managing largescale campaigns ensuring optimal budget usage. Your goal is to consistently meet or surpass client expectations
- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance data rigorously. Develop optimization strategies to enhance performance (ROI) and mentor junior team members in these practices
- Partner with internal teams and clients to establish monitor and exceed KPIs and performance targets for campaigns. Serve as a senior point of contact for clients offering strategic insights and building strong collaborative relationships
- Stay ahead of industry trends technology advancements and emerging platform features. Lead the charge in implementing best practices within the team to ensure all campaigns are as effective as possible
Requirements
- Full professional level of English
- 5 years of proven work experience in programmatic media buying managing largescale campaigns
- Analytical comfortable working with numbers and a problem solver. Ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey strategies and recommendations effectively to clients and team members. Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities with ease
