Executive istant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the President to join our team in a 100% remote position working from Colombia or Mexico.

Tasks

• Managing schedules and coordinating meetings and travel.
• Handling internal and external communication with discretion.
• Providing administrative support and following up on key tasks.
• Using digital tools to maximize the productivity of the executive team.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in highlevel executive assistant roles.
• Language: English C1 (or higher) required.
• Technological Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace digital calendars and project management tools.
• Flexibility: Ability to work remotely and independently with high efficiency.
• Attitude: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
