Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet passengers respond to their queries and provide assistance at the airport.
- Ensure smooth checkin baggage handling and boarding processes for flights.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger complaints and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the airport terminals.
- Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 102 or a Graduate
- Excellent Communication skills ( Both English & Hindi) if you know other Language will be a added advantage
- Age between 1825 yrs.
