Cold calls to be done in the location mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated.
Distribute brochures in the area to generate leads.
Conduct market visits and promote the product to prospective customers.
Explain the product details features and benefits to the customers.
Understanding customers requirement for Housing loan and pitching the right product as per
requirement.
Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.
Maintain daily sales report.
Collect 2 references from every login customer for AHL.
Requirements
Age: 21 to 35 years
Qualification: :Graduate/undergraduate (10th 12th Diploma ITI)
Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in Home Loans (HL) Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage services.
