Mobile Caretaker

6 months contract with an Essex based Local Authority

Job Summary:

The Mobile Caretaker will assist in the delivery of a responsive customerbased service for our residents.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

Responsible for maintaining communal areas within Council Housing Estates.

Duties will include communal cleaning grounds maintenance estate inspections carrying out small maintenance repairs as well as some responsibility in the health & safety and security issues of our estates.

To provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all our housing estates are in a safe and clean environment.

Additional information to note:

Candidates must have driving licence/their own vehicle.

Council would pay mileage to cover travel between sites but not for the initial journey from home to the first site and return.

37 hours MonFri 8:305/ 1 hour break.
