In this role you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for both corporate and leisure clients to destinations all around the world. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design Exceptional Itineraries: Research create and execute personalized travel itineraries that cater to each clients specific needs and desires.
- Client Consultation: Review client preferences to ensure trips are tailored to meet their unique requirements.
- Ongoing Training: Complete training to earn and maintain certification for booking travel. Attend webinars to become specialized in specific destinations and offerings.
- Budget Planning: Work within clients budget constraints to plan costeffective trips without compromising on quality.
- Marketing: Create promotional materials to attract clients and promote travel packages.
- Travel Monitoring: Stay updated on travel restrictions and regulations to ensure safe and compliant travel arrangements.
- Booking Services: Coordinate and book travel services including flights car rentals hotel accommodations cruises and event tickets.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients before during and after their travels to ensure a seamless experience.
- ProblemSolving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
- Networking: Build relationships with tour operators to offer clients exclusive travel packages.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills; a background in sales is a plus.
- A smartphone with internet access is required; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
- Personal travel experience is highly valued but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not necessary.
