Requirements
- Highly organized and selfmotivated
- Excellent phone and people skills
- Intermediate PC proficiency
- Flexible and a team player
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Contact center experience is a plus
Benefits
- Inbound phone work: $0.20 $0.35per talk minute depending on the project (Average of $13 to $15 per hour)
- Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute
- 24/7 Availability
- Create your own work schedule
- Other work from home opportunities with excellent performance.
Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local customer service. Minimum 6 months of experience in remote or local call center.
