Senior Cleaning Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and onboard new cleaning technicians to ensure highquality service delivery.
  
• Conduct regular site audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards.
  
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients.
  
• Provide coverage for calloffs and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
  
• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various facility types as needed.
  
• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry.
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 1:00am.
  
• Experience working in diverse environments including medical and industrial settings.
  
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• High level of reliability attention to detail and professionalism.
  
• Ability to travel between different job sites as required.
