Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Position: Senior Web3 Infrastructure Node Management and DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Web3 Infrastructure Node Management and DevOps Engineer to join our team as a cofounder. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps for blockchain systems particularly within a Web3 environment with extensive experience in microservices Kubernetes clusters and managing blockchain nodes. Experience with Cosmos SDK and node operations will be a significant advantage. This role is crucial for the successful implementation management and scaling of our blockchain infrastructure including both Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Design and Management

   • Design implement and manage the infrastructure for our blockchain ecosystem focusing on scalability security and efficiency across Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions.
   • Take ownership of the companys cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS GCP Cloudflare and Digital Ocean optimizing cloud solutions for performance and costeffectiveness.

2. Node Management and Kubernetes Orchestration

   • Optimize the deployment monitoring and scaling of blockchain nodes and related services ensuring high availability and reliability.
   • Manage Kubernetes clusters implementing best practices for microservices architecture to support the decentralized infrastructure.
   • Automate the deployment process using CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and operational workflows.

3. BlockchainSpecific DevOps Practices

   • Collaborate with the development team to integrate DevOps practices and tools focusing on the unique requirements of blockchain systems including security and consensus mechanisms.
   • Manage and optimize cloud resources particularly within environments like Digital Ocean and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ensuring they meet the demands of a Web3 architecture.

4. Version Control and Workflow Optimization

   • Maintain and manage code repositories and workflows on GitHub ensuring efficient collaboration and version control across development teams.
   • Implement infrastructureascode (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure resources.

5. Monitoring Security and Troubleshooting

   • Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructurerelated issues ensuring the reliability and security of the blockchain network.
   • Demonstrate expertise in AWS services (e.g. EC2 S3 RDS Lambda) Terraform Docker and Kubernetes applying these tools to optimize the infrastructure.
   • Utilize tools like Salt Vault Python and Bash scripting for automation and configuration management enhancing operational efficiency and security.

6. Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement

   • Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement innovation and collaboration within the Web3 environment.
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations processes and best practices ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

7. Industry Engagement and Continuous Learning

   • Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in Web3 blockchain and DevOps driving continuous improvement in infrastructure management and operational practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer particularly in blockchain or Web3 projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms especially Digital Ocean with experience in AWS and Oracle Cloud.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing GitHub repositories and workflows.
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with infrastructureascode tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash Python and experience with automation tools like Salt and Vault.
• Indepth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Expertise in networking principles with the ability to configure and troubleshoot network components within cloud environments.
• Experience in leading small teams of DevOps engineers combining handson technical work with managerial responsibilities.
• Significant Web3 experience particularly in decentralized systems with a deep understanding of the Cosmos SDK and node management.
• Proficiency in CDN management and AWS Secrets Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with running blockchain nodes particularly in a Cosmos SDK environment.
• Previous experience in a startup environment with a passion for innovation and building from the ground up.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies protocols and best practices within the Web3 space.
