This is a remote position.
We are seeking a motivated and personable Membership Success Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to our members engaging in meaningful conversations and ensuring they are fully utilizing the benefits of their membership. Your goal is to enhance member satisfaction and foster a strong sense of community among our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact members via phone email and other communication channels to check in understand their needs and provide information on how to maximize their membership.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with members acting as their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns related to their membership.
Gather feedback from members on their experiences and any areas for improvement ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are addressed.
Identify and resolve any member issues or concerns promptly and effectively escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions participation levels and feedback. Provide regular reports to the management team on member engagement trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service membership management or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with members.
A genuine interest in helping others and ensuring their satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently to achieve goals.
Comfortable using CRM tools and other software to track and manage member interactions.
