1. To drive business growth through the creation of new affinities on various platforms.
2. To develop and implement strategies for affinity business through the creation of new opportunities for business acquisition retention customer service and operations.
3. Implement effective distribution channels and pricing strategy for new affinities.
4. Establish and manage productive partnerships with affinity partners to achieve set affinity sales budget.
5. Ensure new businesses meet the KYC documentation threshold and the company s credit control policy requirements.
6. Develop and implement strategic insurance solutions for resellers partners
7. Develop mechanisms for measuring performance across different products within different affinities.
8. Lead innovation and product development of different affinity solutions.
9. Maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure better relationships.
10. Develop effective debt management strategy for affinities.
11. Drive distribution of affinity sales through digital channels.
12. Submit the monthly sales reports & sales pipeline.
Adherence to established productivity and quality standards are crucial.
