• The Administrative Analyst provides critical support in the development implementation and management of communications and information technology systems.
  
• This role involves detailed technical analysis preparation of specifications and budgets and program management services.
  
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government or critical infrastructure sectors particularly in communications technologies such as land mobile radio cellular radio microwave radio or wireless communications.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Development: Gather and define project requirements from inception to completion for communications and information technology systems.
  
• Technical Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of technical aspects related to communications and IT systems. Prepare detailed technical specifications and system budgets.
  
• Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines benchmarks and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• System Improvement Recommendations: Assess current systems and provide recommendations for optimization development and maintenance efforts.
  
• Program Management: Oversee overall program management including the preparation and delivery of presentations to national state and local officials.
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project requirements specifications and system evaluations.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree or professional certification is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the government or critical infrastructure industry with direct experience in land mobile radio cellular radio microwave radio or wireless communications.
  
• Skills:
  
  • Expertise in technical analysis and system evaluation.
    
  • Strong project management skills including budget preparation and timeline management.
    
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to highlevel officials.
    
  • Proficiency in preparing technical specifications and project documentation.
