Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate who leads multiple agile projects with not only APAC members but also Japan members
- The major responsibilities are achieving projects smoothly establishing team with proper communication way having strong resilience to be successful for our business and wellbalanced agile mindset
- Lead multiple scrums concurrently and cooperate with local and regional members
- Execute standard agile process properly including sprint planning daily scrum iteration retrospective back log management and sprint review
- Report to related stakeholders
- Facilitate and communicate with Product owners and other team members
Requirements
- More than 3 years of scrum master experience
- Experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with setting up sprints running reports and creating queries
- Lead teams in multicultural environment as scrum master
- Execute multiple scrums concurrently
- Japanese (Native) / English (Business)
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 insurance industry experience as business side in either Sales Marketing or Policy management
- Business analysis experience
- IT development experience as developer
- Experience of Project management along either PMBOK or PRINCE2
- Certification regarding Scrum Master like CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- Certification regarding Project management like PMP (Project Management Professional)
