Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Organize travel plans and reservations for team members.
- Document Management: Verify and validate intervention reports from technicians.
- Billing: Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered.
- Payment FollowUp: Manage and send payment reminders.
- Reporting: Create monthly dashboards and reports.
- CRM Management: Handle and resolve tickets in Salesforce.
Requirements
Ideal Profile:
- Experience: Background in export and travel organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP or similar systems.
- Languages: Proficient in German and English; fluent in French.

You have a definite interest in project management. You are autonomous and resourceful, enjoy solving technical problems and sharing solutions with technical offices. You can communicate orally and write in English. You are comfortable with SolidWorks 3D construction software.
