Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Coordination: Organize travel plans and reservations for team members.
  
• Document Management: Verify and validate intervention reports from technicians.
  
• Billing: Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered.
  
• Payment FollowUp: Manage and send payment reminders.
  
• Reporting: Create monthly dashboards and reports.
  
• CRM Management: Handle and resolve tickets in Salesforce.
  

Requirements

Ideal Profile:

• Experience: Background in export and travel organization.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP or similar systems.
  
• Languages: Proficient in German and English; fluent in French.

What You ll Bring: You are an HES Engineer or technician in mechanical construction or equivalent with solid experience in the creation of automatic machines. You have a definite interest in project management. You are autonomous and resourceful, enjoy solving technical problems and sharing solutions with technical offices. You want to invest in a family-run industrial SME on a human scale which favors personal enrichment over hierarchy and which attaches importance to individual responsibility. You can communicate orally and write in English. You are comfortable with SolidWorks 3D construction software. Nice to Have: You have the experience required to lead machine projects in the medical field. You can communicate orally and write in German.
