• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive a highquality service experience addressing issues promptly and professionally.
• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Feedback & FollowUp: Maintain relationships with existing customers providing aftersales support and gathering feedback for product improvement.
