Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the leave application and returntowork processes to Work oneonone with employees and provide the best employee experience. Oversee the endtoend process of leave requests as per Canadian laws Ensure accurate and timely documentation tracking and reporting of leave data. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to leave management in Canada. Collaborate with payroll Benefits HR and Business leads to ensure accurate and compliant processing of leave. Stakeholder management. Address sensitive situations requiring leave options and accompany the employee in the resolution of their case. Facilitate a smooth return to work process for the employee upon the end of their leave. Upon employees start or return from leave work alongside HR Managers and Business leads. Utilize ServiceNow and Workday tools for endtoend processing of leave requests ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Proactively address issues related to a leave that may impact the employee and ensure proper communication occurs. Track daily actions monitor case progress prioritize tasks by level of urgency and comply with country regulations. Microsoft Excel Reporting and Analytics skills
