What you can expect:
Develop mechanical design and specifications for building services, including heating
ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, and energy-efficient systems.
Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring all project deliverables are achieved within budget and meet client expectations.
Ensure all design and systems are in compliance with the relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure Mechanical designs are integrated into building designs.
What you ll need to succeed in this role:
At Least 5 years experience within an Australian Building Service Consultancy.
Experience with Revit/AutoCAD, BIM360, Microsoft suite and Bluebeam.
Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant Australian Standards and National Code of Construction.
Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and further develop your skills.
