EV Technical Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of charging and battery test systems ensuring high performance reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate battery & charging test systems with other components and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and charging systems and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to R&D team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales process including solution proposal technical demonstrations and responding to technical inquiries
• Develop comprehensive testing and validation plans to ensure system functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare technical documentation such as design specification testplans etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing battery test systems and charging solutions.
• Proficiency in CAD software simulation tools and programming languages such as Python MATLAB or C will be an added advantage
• Indepth understanding of battery technologies charging protocols and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
