About Our Client: Our client is a leading construction firm in the KSA known for their meticulous documentation practices. They are seeking a dedicated Document Controller to manage and organize project documents efficiently.
The Role: As a Document Controller you will be responsible for managing and organizing all project documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and organize project documents and records.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.
- Maintain document control systems and databases.
- Communicate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute documentation reports.
What Were Looking For:
- A diploma or certification in Document Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in document management software.
