Job Description
As an Audit Center team member you are of great importance to our customers. You
ensure that everything runs smoothly at customer locations.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide IT support on our systems to customers
Prioritize tickets and solve (complex) technical questions or malfunctions
Remote work on our product (Watchit Core)
Working closely with our audit center in Cluj (Romania) and colleagues in Belgium and
France
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU
University or University of applied science diploma
Good to excellent English language skills
Good to excellent French language skills
Excellent Computing skills
a Technical mindset with solutions for troubleshooting
soft skills like critical observation teamwork communication problem solving are a plus
