Financial Controller HF - CDI - Paris

We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Your missions

As a Financial Controller you assist the Administrative and Financial Manager in the daily management of Wiremind. Your role is crucial for the financial health of the company and the clear financial vision of its partners. Your tasks are as follows:

Supplier Billing

• Collecting and uploading supplier invoices on the management platform
• Processing payments and verifying proper allocation of supplier invoices
• Managing the analytics of supplier invoices

Customer Billing

• Maintaining and adjusting billing forecasts
• Preparing customer billing and liaising with sales teams
• Issuing and sending customer invoices
• Monitoring customer payments and implementing followups

Financial Monitoring

• Tracking and reviewing team budgets
• Managing product analytics
• Ensuring alignment between accounting and management files
• Creating and managing various financial reports
• Developing financial analysis files as requested by partners

Accounting

• Participating in the preparation of quarterly and/or annual financial statements
• Regular communication with the accounting firm

Administrative

• Participating in daily administrative management

Your profile

• Experienced profile with a successful first experience (25 years) in management control finance or accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting and finance
• Versatile autonomous and accustomed to working in a dynamic environment like a startup/SME
• Meticulous independent organized and responsive
• Curious and possessing excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel (advanced level)
• Proficient in Google Sheets
• First experience with accounting software
• Fluent in written and spoken French and comfortable in English (multilingual teams)
