Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit hire train and supervise store staff fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth meet or exceed sales targets and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
• Customer Service: Promote a culture of exceptional customer service addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control including ordering receiving and managing stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store displays and layouts align with the companys brand and merchandising guidelines.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes implement costcontrol measures and optimize staffing levels.
• Compliance: Ensure that the store adheres to company policies procedures and compliance with local regulations.
• Financial Management: Manage the store budget monitor expenses and report financial performance to senior management.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.
• Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention measures and security protocols to safeguard store assets and prevent theft.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management preferably in a leadership role minimum 4 years.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
