• Design and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Provide regular updates and insights to project managers regarding data trends and project success metrics.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to streamline operations and enhance decisionmaking processes.
• Assist in creating datadriven strategies for improved product development and engineering processes.

Requirements

• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL R Python).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new methodologies and technologies.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Prior experience in data analysis particularly in the automotive or engineering sector is advantageous but not essential.
