About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic IT Customer Support Representative IV to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll be the goto expert for resolving complex technical issues and providing topnotch support to users. If youre passionate about IT support and have a knack for troubleshooting and customer service we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Provide advanced technical support to endusers resolving complex IT issues efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in managing and maintaining customer IT systems ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve network software and hardware issues.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system ensuring timely followup and communication.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in IT customer support with a focus on advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems networks software and hardware.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear userfriendly manner.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or similar.
• Experience in a leadership role within an IT support team.
