Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Manhattan Active LMS (Labor Management
Systems) SME to join our team. You will work directly with our clients providing expert guidance
and support in the implementation Analysis configuration and optimization of the KPI and
measurements of WMS / LMS system.

Responsibilities:

• Process mapping and documentation: Work with ops user to understand currentwarehouse labour management processes and document the same.
• Business Analysis and KPI definition : Collaborate with operations team to understandthe current warehouse processes. Analyse the measurement and job functions recorded inthe system. Discuss with business to understand the measurement needs understand the business requirements. Help in standardizing the labour measurements and KPI.
• Configure and test: Configure and test the application to ensure solution meets businessrequirement. Provide support to QA team and validate the test results.
• Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for endusers and key stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the Labor management system. Create and maintain documentation including user manuals training guides and system configuration documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• 6 years of handson experience in business analysis of warehouse management / Labor management solution.
• Experience working in Manhattan WMS Manhattan Active LMS solutions is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Labour management concepts processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in defining processes KPIs and analytics form measurement and baselining of Labour KPIs.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and manipulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact withclients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required (if applicable).
