Roles and responsibilities
Identify develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Build business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate usage and
retention.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Answer potential client questions follow up calls and respond to requests for proposals.
Make outbound calls to new and potential clients.
Convert free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades to improve customer
lifetime value.
Generate referrals and positive reviews from clients to create Word of Mouth impact.
Meet or exceed quotas for calls appointments demonstrations and conversions/upgrades.
Maintain a pipeline of all leads using CRM software.
Demonstrate the product to potential customers to assess productmarket fit and reduce
churn.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
02 years of experience in US/UK/Canada customerfacing sales/onboarding roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clear concise and effective written and oral communication.
Product demonstration skills are an advantage.
Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
Understanding of SAAS & Subscription Economy.
Learning & growth mindset.
Comfortable with proactive outreach and handling objections.
Problemsolving skills and aptitude to improvise adapt and overcome
Articulate with business acumen.
Metrics detailoriented and strong timemanagement skills.
Predominantly night shift working hours.
