Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with the organizations overall business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities set revenue targets and create a plan to achieve them.
  • Recruit train motivate and manage a highperforming sales team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they meet their targets and develop their skills.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Stay uptodate on industry developments market trends and competitor activities to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts reports and metrics to track progress and drive performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments including marketing product development and customer success to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a highperforming sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers partners and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify new opportunities for growth and create effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • A bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
