This is a remote position.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with the organizations overall business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities set revenue targets and create a plan to achieve them.
- Recruit train motivate and manage a highperforming sales team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they meet their targets and develop their skills.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Stay uptodate on industry developments market trends and competitor activities to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts reports and metrics to track progress and drive performance.
- Collaborate with other departments including marketing product development and customer success to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a highperforming sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers partners and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify new opportunities for growth and create effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- A bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
