Job Description
- Extracting insights from data through descriptive statistics predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Developing models using both structured and unstructured data to create new and innovative products.
- Designing and implementing experiments including A/B testing to inform datadriven business decisions.
- Collaborating with Product Engineering and Business teams to align on data needs and solutions.
- Generating and presenting comprehensive analytics reports to stakeholders.
- Creating dashboards and visualizations to provide realtime insights across the organization.
- Engaging with nontechnical users to enhance data understanding and advance data maturity within the company.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Degree in Mathematics Statistics Data Science or similar required. Master s Degree is desired
- Proven experience to handle an endtoend data science project starting from problem understanding data cleaning and analysis modelling testing and (ideally) deployment
- Advanced knowledge of Python SQL and Excel. R and JavaScript knowledge are nice to have
- Proficient with typical data science packages: NumPy pandas matplotlib/seaborn scikitlearn SciPy statsmodels and PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud in particular their ML tools is desired
- Proven Experience in software engineering especially microservice design and MLOps are a big plus
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with building and delivering quality presentations in front of technical and nontechnical audiences
- Excellent listening communication interpersonal and presentation skills
