We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Responsibilities
- To create care plans and carry out dietary assessments for residents of nursing homes who have been referred to a dietician.
- To prioritise all referrals and guarantee that residents and patients cases are examined promptly that is clinically suitable
- To offer health care professionals (HCPs) and their patients nutritional guidance and assistance
- To assist Beaumont Lodge and other nursing homes in providing the finest nutritional care possible to their clients for example provide staff in nursing homes with onsite or online training
- Communicating with acute hospital dieticians to oversee connections with important parties and healthcare professionals
- Deliver initiatives to advance creative clinical solutions for patients and residents.
Requirements
- A Valid CORU registration and a validated dietetics degree
- Full driving license (optional)
