Cloud Support Engineer

For our dynamic team we are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Cloud Support Engineer to help optimize our clients cloud infrastructure. To fix technical problems optimize cloud infrastructure and guarantee seamless cloud service operation you will collaborate closely with our clients.

Working with internal teams and our clients on cloudrelated problems you will be the remote cloud support engineers main responsibility. In order to guarantee the seamless operation of our cloud services you will assist with problemsolving and cloud infrastructure monitoring.

Important Duties:

Help internal teams and clients with cloudrelated difficulties by offering technical support and assistance.

Investigate and promptly and effectively fix issues related to cloud infrastructure.

Maintain availability and seamless operation by keeping an eye on cloud servers and services.

In order to deploy and manage cloud technologies work together with crossfunctional teams.

Examine and enhance the security and performance of cloud computing.

Remain abreast of the most recent developments in cloud computing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud support or a related role.

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of networking security and virtualization technologies.

Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator preferred.
