SUMMARY
We are looking for a detailoriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our family office.
This role involves working across multiple sectors including venture capital real estate agriculture oil and gas and financial services.
The Analyst will handle daytoday accounting ensure accurate financial reporting and support budgeting and forecasting.
Key responsibilities include managing payments payroll account reconciliations financial statements and audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background proficiency in accounting software and the ability to provide clear actionable financial insights.
Financial Operations:
Process biweekly payments and manage expense recording.
Lead payroll operations for multiple entities liaising with external consultants.
Prepare monthly expenditure reports manage document storage and compile quarterly reports.
Develop annual budgets and create cash flow statements as needed.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for portfolio companies.
Oversee treasury operations including cash position maintenance and foreign exchange management.
Assist in managing external investments and identifying new investment opportunities.
Work with partners to support the identification and development of new business lines.
Support company restructuring initiatives and manage company setup/winddown processes.
Actively manage existing assets across the portfolio.
Contribute to the sustained growth and value of the firm and portfolio companies.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
