Job Description
Job Title: Quality Engineer
Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
Develop and maintain quality documentation including procedures work instructions and reports
Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met
Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality performance
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to improve quality processes and procedures continuously
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the field of Fruits & Vegetables processing (Frozing Not Fresh).
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
