Position: German International Host
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
Provide information about ship activities events and ports of call
Coordinate and lead group activities and events for Germanspeaking guests
Ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in public areas
Act as a liaison between guests and other departments on the ship
Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the wellbeing of guests and crew
Participate in safety drills and trainings as required
Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures
Uphold the companys standards and policies at all times
Qualifications:
Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents
