Position: Hotel Assistant Inventory
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of all hotel supplies and amenities
Monitor and track usage of supplies to ensure proper levels are maintained
Place orders for supplies as needed and maintain relationships with vendors
Receive and inspect all deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies
Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis of inventory data
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and loss
Train and supervise other crew members on proper inventory management procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent some college coursework preferred
12 years of experience in inventory management or related field
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or on a cruise ship is a plus
