    Main Responsibilities:

    Team Building:

    • Define the teams direction collaborate with superiors and create mechanisms and a conducive environment for maximizing team output and fostering a sense of growth.

    Designer Assignment:

    • Assign tasks based on members skills aptitude preferences and schedules in response to projects requested by the direction. Handle a variety of projects ranging from largescale projects like launching new sites or overhauls to smaller tasks like LP creation and campaign support collaborating with other leaders.

    1on1 Meetings:

    • Conduct regular oneonone meetings with team members adjusting time and frequency to facilitate experiencebased learning address workrelated questions or concerns and enhance motivation.

    Leader Meetings Participation:

    • Attend regular leader meetings to discuss team status challenges future plans and strategies contributing to the overall team management.

    Design Reviews:

    • Provide design feedback to steer the direction of site designs check tonality supervise and check designs for large projects and enhance the quality of outputs fostering the growth of design team members. Encourage improvement suggestions for the review system itself.

    Lead Designer Role:

    • Collaborate with assigned designers on largescale projects ensuring appropriate outputs aligned with project goals. Support designers with tasks such as specification refinement schedule adjustments flow considerations and design checks. Conduct retrospectives and propose improvements to workflow if necessary.

    Design Work:

    • Handle web design coding and design tasks. Take charge of design assignments in areas of expertise considering usability information architecture and designing LP pages. The ratio of management to design work can be adjusted through consultation.

    Periodic Tasks:

    • OKR Setting and Management (February to March): Annually set stretch goals in alignment with company objectives and departmental policies establishing team and individual OKRs.
    • Personnel Evaluation (April and October): Conduct biannual personnel evaluations using the internal evaluation system incorporating selfevaluations and aligning recognition with superiors.
    • Recruitment: Handle the endtoend process of recruitment including scouting document screening and interviews.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Perform a wide range of leader tasks including attendance management handling consultations and initiating improvements in work processes.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Kanda Neribeicho Chiyodaku Tokyo

  • Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.

    After joining the company until you become familiar with your duties (approximately 1 to 3 months) you will primarily be required to work onsite within the Development Departments design team. The duration may vary depending on how quickly you adapt.

  • There will be no relocation.

Annual Salary:JPY
