  Main Duties

  DTP

  You will be responsible for the DTP (Desktop Publishing) areas related to services and works handled by us including goods booklets CDs booth decorations magazine ads flyers business cards etc.

  Depending on the project you may be involved from the planning stage including conceptualization design tone and manner setting and directing tasks such as design checking and progress management with other team members.

  Irregular Duties

  Book Design

  You can be involved in book design such as cover design for commercial doujinshi or audio works.

  Logo Design

  You will create logos that match characters or works. This involves engaging in creation from scratch.

  Image Material Production for Campaigns or Special Feature Pages

  This includes creating eyecatching images for discount campaigns (main visuals) Twitter header images YouTube thumbnails and end cards LINE stickers and various other image productions.

  Other

  Depending on your aptitude and inclination you may also be involved in training junior designers or team management tasks.

  Background

  With an increasing number of opportunities to promote our own character content and participate in events like Comic Market requests for related production materials have also increased. Currently we handle these with web designers but DTP and image production projects are expected to rise in the future with increasing demands for high quality.

  We anticipate more DTP requests across various genres including our own IPs VTubers and international events. We are looking to hire a new DTP designer who can help create materials that maximize user experience!

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a DTP designer or equivalent skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design direction or equivalent skills
  • Ability to work proactively No specific educational background required.
  • Experience with outsourcing or progress management
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator

Location: Chiyodaku Tokyo

• Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
• There will be no relocation.

Annual Salary:JPY

• Based on experience ability and previous work experience
