Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor you will be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our Dutchspeaking clients. Your main duties will include managing client inquiries resolving issues and providing support related to our financial products and services. This role is based onsite in our Madrid office where you will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure highquality customer support and contribute to our success in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Provide professional and prompt assistance to Dutchspeaking clients through various channels such as phone email and chat addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner ensuring all concerns are addressed to the clients satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Acquire and maintain indepth knowledge of our financial products and services to deliver accurate and helpful support.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all client communications building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Accurate Documentation: Record detailed information about client interactions feedback and resolutions in our customer management system for accurate followup and tracking.
  • Feedback Contribution: Share insights and feedback with management on recurring client issues and potential improvements to enhance our service quality.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to provide a seamless client experience and exchange best practices.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures ensuring confidentiality and adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential with good proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required. We are open to candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a customerfocused attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively resolve client issues through critical thinking and proactive problemsolving.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and various software applications; familiarity with customer management systems is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
