Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our talented design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive UI mockups design systems adhering to brand guidelines and developing UX flows and journey mappings for various personas. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver highquality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop UX flows and journey mappings for various personas to enhance user engagement.
- Create wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop visually engaging graphics branding materials and marketing collateral.
- Design social media creatives email campaigns presentations and animations as needed.
- Collaborate with product teams to align design with project goals and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma Miro Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD and After Effects)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a range of skills.
- Experience in creating social media creatives email layouts presentations and animations is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
