Responsibilities:
- Gather and analysis the requirements for the development of the applications.
- Manage the relation between the IT application and all other departments (Main stakeholders)
- Train guide and transfer the knowledge among the teams.
- Ensure that the departments requirements are delivered.
- Create all supporting Documents in the analysis area such as BRD Workflow sequence Diagram Etc.
- Assist in selecting tools and packages for analysis.
- Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
- Participate to build the IT Application Plan.
- Evaluate applications features and products related.
- Guide the Key User and stakeholders to get the proper Solutions in the applications.
- Building the required Dashboard and reports to monitor and improve the performance of IT application analysis Area.
- Transfer the knowledge to the employees.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor in IT or related field.
- At least 4 years experience
- Good understanding of Oracle product
- Excellent knowledge of building application analysis documents
- Good knowledge of building the reports
- Sound knowledge of the implemented application systems.
