Job Description

Recommend, amend and review internal regulations to ensure equitable, law conforming and deficient free regulations.
Translate documents, write and review memorandum and letters that have legal implications to ensure deficiency free and dispute avoiding communication.
Review legal activities and discuss the company's internal and internal issues.
Provide awareness to company management on legal and compliance topics, and serve as promoter of code of ethics amongst employees.
