- Recommend, amend and review internal regulations to ensure equitable, law conforming and deficient free regulations.
- Translate documents, write and review memorandum and letters that have legal implications to ensure deficiency free and dispute avoiding communication.
- Review legal activities and discuss the company's internal and internal issues.
- Provide awareness to company management on legal and compliance topics, and serve as promoter of code of ethics amongst employees.
