Job Description

We are Merlin Digital Partner! A leading IT and digital headhunting company who stands out from the crowd boasting over a decade of experience.

We are currently looking for a Digital &IT Talent Recruiter for amaternity cover of 34 months (with the possibility of future permanent contracting).


Role:

  • Own the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process: from kicking off a new search job description development building an evaluation strategy sourcing and closing candidates.
  • Advertisement of vacancies.
  • Headhunting.
  • Qualification and interview of candidates.
  • Be the owner and responsibleof the whole recruiting process in contact directly with the partners (founders CEO hiring managersormanagement team).
  • Development of own network ofcandidates.
  • Maintaining professional and direct communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster longterm relationships.
  • Followup with candidates/partners.
  • Interviews reports.
  • Monitor and coordinate the operative with the team of recruiters.
  • Reporting.


We need:

  • Availability to start in midJanuary 2025.
  • Experience as ITtalent acquisition partner (exp. in C Level profilesis a plus) but a 360 digital profile is appreciated.
  • Passionate about new technologies digital and people.
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
  • Easygoing and handson personality.
  • Someone whos comfortablecontacting with people and excellent with communication skills you love to make an impact and help other people.
  • You are ahighly organized andmethodical person.
  • You areused to working with OKRs and preparing weekly reports.
  • A lot of energy and curiosity to learn new things and are a selfmotivator.
  • Selfstarter take the initiative and bring new ideas.
  • You like to challenge yourself and always aim to the top (always!).
  • You are committed to the highest level of quality and pay attention to details.
  • You are enthusiastic dynamic and performancedriven.
  • You speak excellent Spanish & English (catalan is a plus).
